Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel the installation service up to 24 hours after the purchase of the home charger at no extra charge. If you cancel the installation service after 24 hours from the purchase, the complete installation fee will be forfeited.

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders, bookings, and services related to Electric Tow Vehicles may be cancelled and when refunds may be issued. By purchasing or booking our electric tow vehicles or related services, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Order Cancellation

a. Vehicle Purchase Orders

  • Orders for electric tow vehicles can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the vehicle has not been dispatched or registered.

  • Once the vehicle is dispatched, registered, or customized, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b. Booking / Reservation Cancellation

  • Advance booking or reservation amounts are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

  • If cancellation is approved, applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted.

3. Service & Maintenance Cancellation

  • Scheduled service or maintenance appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

  • Cancellations made after this period or failure to attend the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer

  • Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

  • Non-availability of the booked electric tow vehicle or service

  • Manufacturing defect verified and approved by our technical team

b. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Vehicle already delivered, registered, or customized

  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse

  • Battery degradation due to improper charging or handling

  • Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government regulations, logistics disruptions)

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Any transaction or bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Replacement & Warranty

  • Replacement requests are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • Battery, motor, and controller warranties are handled as per warranty coverage and inspection reports.

  • Replacement does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly approved.
